A rare opportunity to see and hear the tuned percussion of the Indonesian gamelan orchestra in Glasgow as part of the 2014 West End Festival.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Botanic Gardens within Kibble Palace we begin with an afternoon workshop followed by an evening performance by the ensemble.

Workshops start at 4.00pm and will run until 6.00pm These are FREE of charge and to suit all ages. No experience necessary.

Performance at 7.30pm. Entry by donation. £5 suggested/£3 students, children + concessions.
