Labelled by Mixmag as having a ‘meteoric’ rise through the house genre ranks, Leeds-based producer Hot Since 82 is causing waves across the industry having played the ultimate BBC Radio 1 accolade of the Essential Mix for Pete Tong last year, holding down a Mixmag cover and launching his own imprint under the Knee Deep moniker. With Knee Deep being a resounding success, the plan is to begin releasing music on the label, with a focus on nurturing up and coming electronic talent.

Next up on the Knee Deep bill is Hertfordshire man Huxley, who has gone from strength to strength over the past two years with his unique and diverse sounds of house, influenced by the early rave scene. Having previously been a successful underground garage producer before eventually exploring the deeper sounds of house, Huxley has delivered releases for the likes of 20:20 Vision, Hypercolour, Tsuba and Morris Audio to name a few – firmly cementing his place as a talented and in-demand producer on the scene. With a new album set for a September release, Autumn 2014 is definitely set to be a big one for Huxley.
