Beats per Minute Electronic Music Festival!
Annual Electronic Music Festival will be held in January 2014 (from 3rd to the 12th) in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The long-expected event traditionally involving the coolest DJs from all over the world will gather in one of the hottest places on the Earth. This festival is like no other – The BPM is a 10-day holiday music with day and night events. You can enjoy dancing around the clock. There are the Caribbean turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, mysterious jungles and ancient Mayan ruins. It is a global hangout of DJs, producers, musicians and partygoers, lovers of a high-quality electronic music. More than 55000 attended the sixth anniversary of BPM 2013.
Typically, the festival takes place over 10 days including the participation of 150 DJs! But this 2014 year the fest participants will be more than 250!
BMP fans can also have a rest by enjoying varied activities from water sports and eco tourism, to wondering and exploration of Mayan ruins.
Among many popular artists you can see: Richie Hawtin, Matador live, Barem, South London Ordnance, Bella Sarris, Jon Gaiser, Adam Beyer B2B Ida Engberg, Dense & Pika live, Boys Noize, Strip Steve, Djedjotronic, and special guest Felix Da Housecat, Ellen Allien, Luca Bacchetti, Rhadoo and Raresh, Behrouz, Cezar, Basement Jaxx, Dennis Ferrer, Mark Farina. Detroit’s underground pioneer Theo Parrish is also will perform his music at BPM.
This year The BPM Festival will host people in such clubs as: “Mamitas Beach” and “Kool Beach” for day parties, and “Blue Parrot” and “Coco Maya” for night parties. The festival is also introducing three new places this time: the bohemian “Fusion Beach” club, new club “Lost”, mysterious club “Tabu”.
