For eight years in June,  The Ogontz Avenue Revitalization Corporation (OARC) brought three days of non-stop music to the community on Ogontz Avenue with the West Oak Lane Jazz Festival. The community got up close and personal with Teena Marie; The O’Jays; Ashford & Simpson; Benny Golson; Dirty Dozen Brass Band; WAR; Roy Ayers; Dave Sanborn; and  more, more, more. Now OARC brings a taste of the West Oak Lane Festival  to the Keswick Theatre as OARC’s only fundraiser of the year.
