Liz Fletcher may not be as well-known as some of her peers, but her understated style makes light of her sophisticated singing technique, and she has that all-too rare ability to really get inside a song and make it her own whilst staying true to the spirit of the original. Tonight promises to be very special, as Liz and her quartet are paying homage to the music of the legendary Nina Simone, from Feeling Good all the way through to My Baby Just Cares For Me. Highly recommended.
