Fri Feb 14 - The South London Soul Train continues it’s now twice monthly mission to seriously Funk up your mind and body + release your soul. Warning all Lovers This time it’s a VALENTINES DAY SPECIAL and we mean to GET, IT, ON. 

Your host Jazzheadchronic taking you through a 5 hr set of hand picked Anthemic Soul, Funk & Groove Classics spelt with a capital L for Love. L.O.V.E, Lurve! And to keep you in the mood, The Jazzhead is joined by 2 very special fullah lurve guest bands. The first are leading tribute act THE BARRY WHITE LEGACY dropping a Live 1 hr set of BW classics. "Never Never Gonna Give Ya Up” to "You’re the First, the Last, My Everything” to the all-time soul anthem ‘Let The Music Play’. The Barry White Legacy followed by classic 8-piece Motown party band SUGAH [with the most amazing vocalist that you’ve heard in sometime] dropping an extra nice 1 hr set of Motown Soul Classics. Two of the hottest cover bands around helping us see in Valentines day with a smile, a groove and a rump shake smooth. 

Then on level 2 we keep it beyond Funky as the most excellent DJ Perry Louis is joined by special guests Rob Messer in the main room to deliver yet another storming 7hrs of funked up stars on 45. The South London Soul Train Valentines Day Special completed with a sofa clad champagne Bar and Cinema showing classic Love Films all night long in the back room.

Both floors taking all passengers on a special Soul Tingling, Non-Stop Magical Mystery Valentines Day Tour through all things Too Damn Loved up and Beyond Funky. P-Funk to Jazz Funk, Soul Jazz to Rare Groove N’ Stax, Motown to Club Classics and Anthems.
