ANNWYN band has started its way in 2007. The authors of the idea were Olga – keyboards, bassist Alexander and drummer Alexander. They altogether came to a decision that the band should play symphonic metal. Heavy guitar riffs combined with the polyphonic keyboard passages… Don’t you think something is missing? It is definitely the moving academic voice, telling curious stories, written in the lyrics and heard in the music. Svetlana became that Ariadne’s thread which guides the listener through the visions of the other world, where dreams are more real than reality itself. Just close your eyes, listen… and make a step into the unknown, as once Alice did… when got into Wonderland. Two years later in 2009 the band found the guitarist they waited for – Anton. He was the missing element, with his appearance ANNWYN started playing concerts. A series of club concerts, open air festivals, bike shows. In 2014 the members of the band began to think of finding also a male vocalist to make the sound of the band complete. It didn’t take long to meet Artem, who colored the sound of the band with his vocals, which can vary from lyric and tender sound to extreme. At present ANNWYN plays numerous gigs and writes new material.
