In the second episode of season two, DJ JUS-SKE and his son Jagger join supermodel Jourdan Dunn in the Well Dunn kitchen for a spicy Banh Mi sandwich.

Ingredients:

For Marinating Steak:
- 1 Rib Eye Steak
- 1 Tbsp Lemongrass Stalk
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper

Pickling Vegetables:
- 1/2 cup Daikon Radish
- 1/3 cup Carrot
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cucumber

Chili Mayonnaise:
- 4 Tbsp Mayo
- 2-3 Tbsp Chili Sauce

Making the sandwich:
- 1 Baguette
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
