User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relations between the Internet project (portal) SHOWBIZA.COM, on the one hand, and registered users of SHOWBIZA.COM, who post audio, video, and text materials on this Internet project, on the other hand.
By using the portal, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the SHOWBIZA.COM portal!
Subject of the Agreement
1. The Administration grants the user the right to post the following information on the site:
1.1. Text information
1.2. Audio materials
1.3. Video materials
1.4. Photo materials
1.5. Links to materials posted on other sites
Rights and obligations of the parties
2. The user has the right to:
2.1. search for information on the site
2.2. receive information on the site
2.3. create information for the site
2.4. distribute information on the site
2.5. comment on content posted on the site
2.6. copy information to other sites with an indication of the source
2.7. demand that the administration hide any information about the user
2.8. demand that the administration hide any information transmitted by the user to the site
2.9. use the site information for personal non-commercial purposes
2.10. use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration
2.11. use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the copyright holders
3. The Administration has the right:
3.1. at its own discretion and necessity to create, change, cancel the rules
3.2. restrict access to any information on the site
3.3. create, change, delete information
3.4. delete accounts
3.5. refuse registration without explanation
4. The user is prohibited from:
4.1. Sending, uploading, transmitting or any other method of posting content available to the User, which is prohibited to use in accordance with the Law of Ukraine or in accordance with any contractual relations.
4.2. Changing the appearance of the Portal or the operational capabilities of the Portal services (including control panels, background images, advertising banners).
5. The User undertakes to:
5.1. the registered User of the SHOWBIZA.COM Portal agrees that he/she is the author of the audio, video, text material posted on the server of the Internet project, and under the terms of this Agreement, the User transfers non-exclusive rights to dispose of the audio, video, text material to the SHOWBIZA.COM portal.
5.2. ensure the accuracy of the information provided
5.3. ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties
5.4. update the Personal data provided during registration, in case of their change
5.5. not copy information from other sources
5.6. when copying information from other sources, include information about the author in it
5.7. do not distribute information that is aimed at promoting war, inciting national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information, the distribution of which provides for criminal or administrative liability
5.8. do not disrupt the functionality of the site
5.9. do not create multiple accounts on the Site if they actually belong to the same person
5.10. do not commit actions aimed at misleading other Users
5.11. do not transfer your account and / or login and password for your account to third parties
5.12. do not register an account on behalf of or instead of another person, except in cases provided for by law.
5.13. do not post advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive materials, as well as other information, the posting of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of current legislation.
5.14. not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services
5.15 when citing materials from the SHOWBIZA.COM Portal, including protected copyright works, a link to the Portal is required, and the link must be active, have the appearance of a link, and not closed from indexing by search engines.
5.16. comments and other entries by the User on the Portal must not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
6. The Administration undertakes to:
6.1. maintain the functionality of the site, except for cases when this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
6.2. protect information, the distribution of which is limited or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the account of the user who violated the rules
6.3. provide all available information about the User to the state authorities authorized to do so in cases established by law
7. Responsibility of the parties
7.1. the user personally bears full responsibility for the information distributed by him
7.2. the administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
7.3. the administration does not bear any responsibility for the discrepancy between the services expected by the User and the services actually received
7.4. the administration does not bear any responsibility for services provided by third parties
7.5. The Administration of the SHOWBIZA.COM Portal does not bear any responsibility for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the site
7.6. The User must guarantee that the publication of audio, video, text material on the SHOWBIZA.COM portal does not violate anyone's copyright, the rights of the performer, as well as the exclusive right of publication transferred to third parties
7.7. The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Portal or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Portal Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.
7.8. in the event of a force majeure situation (military actions, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource
7.9. SHOWBIZA.COM is not responsible for direct or indirect damages that may have arisen due to the use of one or more services or unauthorized access to the User's data.
Terms of the Agreement
This Agreement comes into force upon registration on the site.
The Agreement ceases to be valid when a new version of it appears.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at its own discretion.
In case of any change to this Agreement, the Administration will notify users in a way convenient for it.
