Actress Emma Watson, joined the cast of the psychological thriller “Regression”, which will shoot the Spanish director Alejandro Amenábar, who was the 'Oscar winner' in 2005 for the film “The Sea Inside”.

Emma Watson will star in the film with an actor Ethan Hawke.

The young actress reported how she was pleased to know about working with director Alejandro Amenábar.

“The role in this film – a real challenge for me as an actress, but I think I can handle it” – she said.

Film director Alejandro added, that Emma Watson is very beautiful, sensitive and talented girl.

“I am lucky to work with her. I'm sure her stellar career is just beginning”.

The film tells about a man who is suddenly accused of sexual assault against his daughter. But this man does not remember anything and therefore does not understand what is really going on. He decides to go to a psychiatrist, in the hope that he could help him recover memories. However, over time the hero realizes that actually appeared in the center of someone's conspiracy.

Shooting schedule is until unspecified. It is expected that TWC-Dimension will release the picture in 2015.
