So, what makes OTTA-orchestra stand out from the crowd? Well, we like to think that it is the unique emotional appeal of our music – its harmonious sounds and the rich interplay of musicians and instruments. Whether you listen to us live, or play our music at home, you will find something to touch your soul.

OTTA-orchestra is comprised of five striking and talented girls, each of whom brings a strong and dynamic individuality to the band. There is a string-section and a violin, keyboards and an accordion, electric and acoustic guitars, a bass guitar, drums and percussion.

We take an unconventional approach to melodies, combining classical with pop and rock, and fusing different styles of music from around the world. The energy and professionalism of the girls in the band makes for a truly stunning and unforgettable show.

Our music has featured in films, TV series and plays in Russia and abroad. We play a great instrumental show, which can be accompanied by a video installation. It’s a truly unique combination of new age European music, folk music and orchestral symphonies. We truly believe that you’ll be blown away by the broad range of our emotional music, its fiery rhythms of the East, and the splendour of our symphonic sounds! All of this is embodied in the original concept of OTTA-orchestra. Our music is of the world, and beyond the frontiers of all periods and styles!

OTTA-orchestra has taken part in numerous shows and festivals, in Russia and abroad, and our music has been nominated for festival prizes. Our solo album "Intercontinental" was released in 2010 by Kvadro Disk (Moscow). The music is all composed by Li Otta, who has worked for sound recording companies in Germany, with the Gregorian project, and also with the symphonic orchestras of Montreal, Sydney, Osaka, and Moscow. Her studio recording and stage performance of the orchestral work ‘World anthems’ is one of her most significant achievements.
