This video is one of 6 (selected from almost 500 entries by Moby and Genero.tv) that has made it onto the shortlist for the Wait For Me Video Competition.
From the director:
"Once I heard a story about a blind boy who was still waiting somewhere on the street, for his non blind girlfriend and did not know that she is already dead. That he was waiting in vain.
Hearing the Moby song I remember the story. I attempted to show images that blind people should see. Indeed, perhaps they can see more than we . who "see". I had a fairly clear vision of girl in the boat, all dressed in white. When we found this place near a lake, and she was on the ship, passing the camera, all was quiet. It created a mysterious moment. During the filming of the next event - moment of fire, we had at about 2am, a few visits from the local police, but it was not unpleasant.
The clip has several levels and there are more specific signs and symbols, which at first glance may remain hidden."
