A rock band Mahidevran was formed by guitarist and composer Victor Zheludyakov, who is known in Russia and Europe for his first project «Angels&Demons». After the breakup of «Angels&Demons» Victor takes a long rest and then starts a new project that shocks by it’s music not only russian audience but also the audience of near and far abroad. At that time the project had another name («Pulse of Reason») and was originally conceived as a studio. This project produced a few albums (demo), which were highly appreciated by the English critics. The British journal "Powerplay Magazine" (Manchester, UK) gave the first demo-album 9 out of 10 and also the title of one of the best Melodic Rock albums of the year (№ 66, May 2005). The second demo album got 8 out of 10 by the "Powerplay Magazine" vertion (№ 84, January 2007) and once again became one of the best albums of the year.
In 2007 they assembled the first concert membership. And in 2009 Victor decides to make some changes.
It was also decided to change the name. Since 2011, the group is called «Mahidevran» (Махидевран).
The repertory consists of both new compositions and the songs that have been performed in the past.
