Reel Big Fish is a ska punk band that was formed in 1991 in Huntington Beach, California. Through the years, Reel Big Fish has undergone many changes in their lineup with their current lineup consisting of members Matt Appleton, Aaron Barrett, Ryland Steen, John Christianson, Derek Gibbs, and Dan Regan. Since the 1995 release of their debut album Everything Sucks, Reel Big Fish has released a total of 8 albums and is best known for the hit single "Sell Out". During the punk revival of the mid 1990s, Reel Big Fish sold out in concert while playing both solo shows and music festivals including an appearance at the 2008 Warped Tour, and although they are no longer popular in mainstream music, Reel Big Fish has quite a large underground following.
