Mystical drama "Sleepy Hollow" will return on TV screens with a second season September 22, 2014.

Also on the official Facebook page of “Sleepy Hollow” appeared the one very interesting frame with a comment: "What kind of confrontations can be expected in the second season?" On the photo is a woman sitting back, you can guess Abby. But who is the other woman?

Series creator and executive producer Alex Kurtzman not once hinted that in the second season the audience "probably" will meet with the mother of Lieutenant Mills.

Recall, that the main roles in the drama, based on the novel by Washington Irving "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" are performed by Tom Mison, Nicole Baharie, Orlando Jones and Katia Winter. John Noble and Linda Greenwood, who played recurring roles in the first season, were approved by the constant roles in the second.

American Television Critics Association (TCA) nominated series "Sleepy Hollow " for the award in the category "best new show" in the season 2013/2014.

The second season of the drama will consist of 18 episodes.
