Reggae roots band Rebelution first gained recognition back in 2004 through playing an endless stream of shows in Santa Barbara, California. Comprised of members Rory Carey, Eric Rachmany, Wesley Finley, Marley D. Williams, and Khris Royal, Rebelution finally became more recognized outside of the Santa Barbara area when they released their 2007 debut album Courage To Grow, and since that time they have released 2 more albums, Bright Side of Life and Peace of Mind. Riding high on the success of their single, "Safe and Sound", Rebelution began to play the festival scene which included stops at popular festivals like Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and the All Good Music Fest, and their organic blend of reggae roots music has gained them extensive popularity through the live concert experience.
