TEPLYAKOV (Alexander Teplyakov) was born on April 18, 1986 in Podolsk, Moscow region.

Singer, musician, author of his own lyrics, performing under the creative pseudonym TEPLYAKOV. Member of RAO, WIPO, RSP. He has been working as a travel agent since 2009. Since 2015, he has worked in high positions in major travel companies: DANKO Travel Company, Space Travel, Hot Tours, Lawyers for the travel industry Bayborodin and Partners, Online Voyage. He's an expert on tourism in the largest Russian media. From 2019 to 2022, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Russian International Academy of Tourism. CHILDHOOD

On April 18, 1986, a boy named Alexander was born in Podolsk, Moscow region. Since childhood, Alexander has been attracted to music. Unlike many of his peers, he was constantly humming and tapping the rhythm of songs, but his parents were always skeptical of his son's musical talent.

Alexander spent his musical childhood at Music School No. 1 in Podolsk, where he studied accordion and piano, and joined the school choir.

If we talk about Alexander Teplyakov's family, then musicality is inherent in the maternal line. The only family member who has achieved success in music is his grandmother, Maria Smolonskaya. A woman with unique vocal abilities, for many years she was a soloist of the Blue Valley Choir of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic under the direction of Arkady Gayvoron.

"My family is absolutely ordinary, without prominent and rich people. Everything in life that I have achieved is my merit. I've never been given any extra pocket money, and I've never bought anything expensive. I did not serve in the army but my parents couldn't find money for a bribe at the military enlistment office. After graduation I had nowhere to live - rented apartments were used. Moreover, I understand the promises that my father bombarded me with - he just promised to help. It didn't work out, well, I guess he really wanted to, but he couldn't. As a result, I have achieved everything in this life on my own. My parents are ordinary middle-class people, and all the other relatives didn't sit on gold toilets either. If we talk about musicality, then my mother is the main censor of my songs, maybe even offend, but to be honest. She has a certain gift in guessing the hits of songs of different genres, she guessed all my most popular songs. And my maternal grandmother did... There's a voice over there! She and her choir toured the entire USSR, by the way," Alexander shares.

EDUCATION

Alexander studied at the ordinary school in Podolsk at number 12. He was a good student. In addition to his love of music, he was also interested in literature and easily understood the rules of the Russian language. That's why he later went to study to be a teacher of Russian language and literature at the Moscow State Regional University. Later, there was also an unfinished Modern Humanitarian Academy in the specialty "Psychology" and the Russian State University for the Humanities in the specialty "Organization of travel agency and tour operator activities".

WORK

As you know, a person is happy only in the job that interests him.

Alexander's first job was related to music, as it has always been his main passion in life. In 2004, he joined the well-known SOYUZ store as a sales consultant for the music department. There was access to the whole world of music, all the most interesting music were always played in the store, and dozens of CDs were taken home for the weekend, some of them, especially loved, were copied to CD-R.

After some time, the guy went to work at the disc store of the largest Moscow "pirate" network "Studio", which was located on the Kolomenskaya metro station. A lot of interesting people worked with him in this store.

"I have given 6 years to the world of music discs, which has shaped my taste. When customers ask you to listen to a new album by Britney Spears or Jennifer Lopez, when an old rocker comes to you and talks about the legends of British rock, followed by a story from a fashionista about electronic music performers, you need to know all this in order to keep the conversation going and not seem profane. You listen to everything and you realize what you really like. You begin to understand what decent and high-quality sound is, beautiful vocals, and real music trends, rather than those dictated by some group of people. I remember working in these stores very warmly, I remember these wonderful colleagues with burning eyes, we meet with some of them periodically. We worked on a 7/7 schedule - we worked for a week, and on weekends we often flew abroad for a vacation. And then I started dreaming of working in tourism, which happened next ...", - says Alexander.

In 2009, Alexander Teplyakov left to work in tourism, which can be called a new big chapter in his life.

"We worked in discs and understood that the world of media was coming to an end, as technology and the development of the Internet did not stand still, all films and music were becoming more and more accessible on the Internet and the era of discs was coming to its logical conclusion. Then, for no reason, the Hot Tours travel agency opened next door, and we just wanted to go somewhere, there wasn't much information about hotels on the Internet at that time, self-selection of tours was very difficult, and I decided to look into a neighboring agency. We were interested in the turkish resort of Marmaris, which has just opened for russian tourists. I went in and asked for a catalog. I see the director is sitting very sad about something. I asked if everything was fine, to which I received the answer that it was very difficult to find a manager, so I offered myself, and she took it. I worked with that Tatiana Matyuk for the next 5 years!" recalls Alexander.

After finishing his job at the Hot Tours travel agency on Kolomenskaya metro station, Alexander Teplyakov's career in tourism crept up sharply. Next was the franchising department of the federal Hot Tours network, then the development of franchising in the large Online Voyage Booking Center, then there was, at that time, the largest tour operator in Italy, DANKO Travel Company, where Alexander was engaged in development, a law firm in the field of b2b tourism, Lawyers for the travel industry Bayborodin and Partners, and russian "daughter" of the Emirati holding Al Khalidiah Tourism is a Space Travel tour operator.

At the moment, Alexander Teplyakov is one of the most famous people in the Russian travel industry, considered one of the best marketers of b2b tourism.

"Yes, the entire russian travel industry knows me, and many major travel companies in the country want to see me on their staff. It's believed that there is no development in the travel agency - I did it! A few people from travel agencies work for big tourism companies. Of course, there are people better than me, more competent in some ways, but I am definitely one of the TOP 50 most famous people in the travel industry and I'm proud of it. I am successful here and this is mine, I will regret it very much if I have to finally give up tourism," Alexander shares.

Teplyakov also distinguished himself by teaching several subjects at the Russian International Academy of Tourism and serving as Vice-president of the Union for the Protection of the Rights of Subjects of Tourist Activity "Pravtursoyuz".

In 2021, Alexander started running his own blog on the Yazdex Zen platform called "Zapoy s Teplyakovym", in which he talks about celebrities and the hits with which they became widely popular. In 2023, the YouTube channel "BarberOK" was launched, in which our hero is the main character. On the channel, lady-barbers shave Alexander with a straight razor, do haircuts and various grooming procedures, and masseuses show their professionalism in massages. All of this is packaged in an ASMR theme.

MUSIC

"My good friend, who was performing under the pseudonym Sasha Veter at the time, owed me a certain amount of money in 2016. Somehow this debt completely flew out of my head and after 2 years I remembered it, I decided to remind the debtor of myself. He offered to give me the song because he saw the potential of a singer in me, and I agreed. The song was called "I am a Legend", the lyrics were immediately rewritten by me and I decided that since everything was going to work out for me, I had to act. I found a vocal teacher who made an invaluable contribution to my musical future, his name is Vadim Zamaro. That's how my debut song "Accents" was born, which I hit the whole tourism industry with back then," Alexander smiles.

That's how the TEPLYAKOV project appeared, without any outside production, the hobby turned into professional and serious music. Now Alexander Teplyakov has a wide repertoire in the genres of pop and pop-rock, and also works with jazz singer Marina Lubyanovskaya, with whom jazz albums called Jazzed Duet are recorded.
