But, studio Fox would not give up attempts to revive the franchise. Company invited Shane Black to start a new continuation of fantastic story.

We also know, that Shane is the creator of the film "Iron Man 3" and he is really a talented director. Probably, he will make the new series of ‘Predator’ successful.

It is unknown how the remake will be embedded in the popular franchise. Not specified deadlines and work on it.

Recall, that Black has a direct relation to the movie "Predator". In the original version filmed in 1987 he played the role of Hawkins one men from a group of commandos under the command of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
