Ex Student of Hollywood film school demanded two billion dollars

Representatives of the major Hollywood studios will take part in an interesting trial, which was initiated by one of the former students of the Los Angeles Film School.

According to the TMZ publication, Constantino Basile filed a lawsuit, which claims that the stories of several big-budget Hollywood film projects were based on the ideas outlined in his student works.

Allegedly, in 2011 one of Constantino’s teachers sold the texts, written by talented student to his friends in Hollywood, and then they were used to create such films as "Men in Black 3" "Prometheus" and "Elysium".

The plaintiff demanded compensation amounting to two billion dollars. Comments from the studios themselves have not yet followed.
