Jackson fan sues in a court with a label that released posthumous disc of Michael Jackson

One of Michael Jackson's fans decided to sue the label and the people who are responsible for the posthumous use of popular singer name.

According to the devoted fan, the CD recorded in 2010 by Michael does not contain the voice of her idol.

The woman said that the first three songs on the posthumous album as the main vocals used not Michael's voice. Fan has a claim to the tracks "Breaking News", "Monster" and "Keep Your Head Up".

It is interesting, that despite the apparent absurdity of the case, women lawyers are determined to win. Relevant documents have been sent to the court. The requirements is to return money to everyone who bought the album "Michael" or one of the three mentioned songs.
