The Wrap informed that Ridley Scott's mysterious project, which premiere was previously scheduled for March 4, 2016, is indeed a sequel of movie "Prometheus".

Michael Greene was chosen to rewrite the script of the second part of fiction film by Ridley Scott.

The sequel has no official title. The original version of the script for the new film was prepared by Jack Paglen.

Now the company 20th Century Fox agreed to cooperate with Green. Previously, he participated in the creation of the TV series "Sex and the City", "Heroes" and "Smallville" and the full-length film "Green Lantern".

 In addition, Michael Green is a co-writer of another project that is relevant to Ridley Scott – the sequel to "Blade Runner".

"Prometheus" shooting may begin in the fall of 2014. According to some reports, 20th Century Fox intends to release the tape in March 2016. Plot details have not been disclosed.
