Screen version of the popular video game series “Uncharted” has found a new director. According to the magazine The Hollywood Reporter, it will be Seth Gordon, creator of the comedy “Identity Thief”.

The action-adventure game, created by studio Naughty Dog, firstly was released in 2007. The plot revolves around adventurer Nathan Drake (a descendant of the famous Sir Francis Drake), who goes on a treasure hunt in Eldorado.

Because the game success, there were released its several sequels.

We do not know who will play the role of Drake. One time was considered that it will be Mark Wahlberg, but he withdrew from the project after David O. Russell decided to find another pretender to this role. So, let's wait a little and we will know more details.
